We had such a wonderful vacation. We haven't had a two week vacation in years, long before Phee was born. This was her first long vacation away from home. She thoroughly enjoyed herself. Her Nana and Gramp spoiled her and she loved the beach.
Doug and I came back happy and relaxed and hopefully those happy vacation vibes will last more than just a few days. We could certainly use the energy to channel into some projects on which we're both working.
And, now it's time to get back to meal planning, cooking and taking care of the house. We planned some tasty dinners this week and I can't wait to eat them!

This was on our menu plan with just refried beans. We've invited friends over for dinner, so we're adding the Spanish rice to the menu.
