Looking for a delicious snack for football season? I've got a great dip for you. I started making this about ten years ago when we lived in New Hampshire. I don't make it very often because it's not healthy and I will eat it all. I love chips and dip a little too much.
Loaded Baked Potato Dip
Ingredients
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip (make sure you get the dip, not the dressing)
- bacon bits
- shredded cheddar
- green onions
Directions
1. Dump the sour cream into a bowl and mix it well with the Hidden Valley Ranch packet.

| {mix the seasoning packet and sour cream really well so there aren't any clumps} |
2. Add bacon bits, shredded cheddar and chopped green onions to taste.
3. Mix it all up really well.

| {when everything is mixed together, the dip is sort of chunky and lumpy} |
4. Scoop it into a bowl or tupperware for serving or transporting.
5. Garnish with just a little bit of cheese, bacon bits and onions for a nice presentation.
6. Enjoy with tasty potato chips.

This is one of the best party foods I've ever had and I'm looking forward to the Super Bowl which is the next time I'll probably make this.
