Menu Plan Monday {11.26.12}

Are you still recovering from Thanksgiving dinner?  We made a very tasty dinner this year and everything came out wonderfully.  The turkey was especially delicious, but oh, so many leftovers.  After the bird was cleaned and the carcass used for stock, we were left with two large containers of meat and two stock pots full of turkey stock.  I'll be making soup tonight.  And we'll be finishing up leftovers, too.

After all that cooking last week, I'm taking it easy this week.  We have lots of turkey to use up and freeze.  And, while I'll eat turkey and leftovers one more time tonight, I'm definitely ready for something different!
