    1. It's the 50th anniversary of the space needle! You can't tell, but the top is painted orange which is what it was originally painted I believe.

    1. That was a lucky shot at a playground. I just happened to turn around as we got out of the car and was amazed at how it looked. And then I played with Instagram.

  13. Amazing shots. Don't you just love Instagram? Seattle is one of the places on my "bucket" list. One day I will go up in the Space Needle. :)

    1. We wanted to do the Space Needle, but the line was huge because it was only $1 the day we were down there. It was the 50th anniversary of the Needle. Regularly it's something like $20 to go up.
